Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship in the United States. We are working on eventually shipping internationally.
How long does shipping take?
On average it takes us 1-3 business days to process + ship out your orders! We appreciate your patience and understanding- We are a one man and woman shipping team and are working hard to get out your happy order! Your package should arrive in 7-10 business days after being shipped. Please email us if you have any concerns at kelly@linked2love.co
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email once your order is processed! Once you receive the email, please wait 1-2 business days in order for the package location to update if you do not see it right away!
Returns
How do I return an item?
You will have 24hrs to reach out to kelly@linked2love.co after receiving your order with a description and any pictures you can take of the damage. From there we will evaluate if a refund can be given. We appreciate your support!
How long does it take to process my return?
If an item is damaged or needs to be returned please send the order back in the original packaging. Once we have received the items you will receive a refund in 1-2 business days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We currently do not offer exchanges at this time.
General
What is the sizing of shirts/crewnecks?
All t-shirts and crewnecks are unisex sizing- for an oversized fit I recommend sizing up 1 or 2 sizes depending how big you want your shirt/crew. I am 5'4'' and wear a medium for an oversized look Reach out us at kelly@linked2love.co with any questioins.
Do you restock designs that are sold out?
We may restock certain designs, but there is no guarantee that a sold out item will come back in stock! Follow us on instagram @linked_2love because we do a lot of polls of what we should restock.
How can I become an ambassador?
We don't have an ambassador program at the moment- but we are always watching our tagged posts for cute content that you are taking! So keep tagging us in your pics @linked_2love
How should I wash my print/puff print design tees/crews?
I recommend washing your print/puff tees/crews inside out (this keeps the design looking nicer for longer) on a cool setting. For drying, I recommend letting it air dry. Screen print designs in general hold up better with less heat on them. Always remember to wash with like colors!
